At Crypto-X Pty Ltd, we stand by the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help—subject to the terms below.

1. Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please ensure you review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

This includes:

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • No longer wanting the product

  • Found a better price elsewhere

2. Faulty or Defective Items

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

If your item:

  • Arrives damaged

  • Has a manufacturing defect

  • Does not function as intended

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or video evidence

3. Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, you must:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery to report any issues

  • Return the item within 14 days of delivery (if approved)

  • Ensure the item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • Include all accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase

Items returned outside these timeframes may not be accepted unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper setup, or unauthorised modifications

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Clearance or final sale items

5. Return Process

  2. If approved, we will provide return instructions

  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.

 

7. International Orders

For international purchases:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping and customs fees

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance


Subscription & Digital Services Policy

8. Subscriptions & Digital Products

Some products and services offered by Crypto-X Pty Ltd include digital content, software access, or subscription-based services (including but not limited to premium features, data feeds, analytics, or app access).

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

8.1 Subscription Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan)

  • Payment will be automatically charged to your chosen payment method

  • Prices are displayed in AUD unless stated otherwise

8.2 Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting support

  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period

  • You will retain access until the end of the paid period

8.3 Refunds on Subscriptions

  • No refunds are provided for:

    • Partially used billing periods

    • Forgotten cancellations

    • Change of mind

This includes situations where the subscription was not actively used.

8.4 Subscription Changes

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify subscription pricing with reasonable notice

  • Update features or availability of subscription services

  • Discontinue or replace subscription features

If a material change affects your subscription, you will be notified in advance.

8.5 Early Access & Lifetime Offers

From time to time, we may offer:

  • Early access, beta features, or lifetime plans to eligible customers

These offers:

  • Are non-transferable

  • Do not guarantee access to all future features

  • May be subject to fair use limits

8.6 Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to subscription services if:

  • Payment fails

  • There is misuse, abuse, or unauthorised access

  • Terms of service are breached

8.7 Digital Product Disclaimer

Due to the nature of digital services:

  • All digital purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by law

 

Digital Products (eBooks & Downloads)

9. Digital Books & Downloadable Content

We offer digital products, including but not limited to eBooks, PDFs, guides, educational materials, and downloadable resources.

By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

9.1 Delivery of Digital Products

  • Digital products are delivered electronically via download link or email

  • Access is typically provided immediately after payment confirmation

  • It is your responsibility to ensure the provided email address is correct

9.2 Refunds on Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content:

  • All digital product sales are final

  • No refunds or exchanges are offered once access or download has been provided

This includes:

  • Change of mind

  • Accidental purchases

  • Failure to read product descriptions

  • Incompatibility with your device

9.3 Faulty or Inaccessible Files

If you experience an issue such as:

  • Corrupted files

  • Broken download links

  • Inability to access purchased content

Please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will:

  • Re-send the file, or

  • Provide alternative access

Refunds will only be issued where required under Australian Consumer Law.

9.4 Intellectual Property

All digital products remain the intellectual property of Crypto-X Pty Ltd.

You may:

  • Use digital products for personal, non-commercial use only

You may not:

  • Share, resell, distribute, or reproduce content

  • Upload content to public or private platforms

  • Modify or claim ownership of the content

Unauthorised distribution may result in account termination or legal action.

9.5 Bundled Digital Products

If a digital product is purchased as part of a bundle (e.g. device + subscription + digital book):

  • The digital portion of the purchase is non-refundable

  • Any refund will exclude the value of digital content already delivered
