  • Orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day

  • Pre-orders, made-to-order, or limited-run products may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at checkout

2. Shipping Locations

We ship within Australia and internationally, subject to carrier availability and local regulations.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout

  • Rates vary depending on destination, weight, and shipping method

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.

  • Australia: 5–14 business days after dispatch

  • International: 10–30 business days after dispatch

5. Tracking Information

  • Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees

  • We are not responsible for customs delays or seized shipments

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Re-shipping fees may apply for returned orders

8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:

  • We will assist with an investigation through the carrier

9. Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged:

10. Digital Products & Subscriptions

  • Digital products are delivered electronically and are not subject to shipping

  • Subscriptions do not involve physical delivery
